Automatic cross-cutting lines, cutting accuracy +/- 1mm
The most efficient and accurate automatic cross-cutting lines adapted to fully automatic operation, machines equipped with the most advanced control systems including 100 cutting programs, where each program allows cutting a long package into 20 shorter ones, fully automatically, including automatic reference/alignment cutting, automatic strapping of the package with tapes, packaging, buffers storing packages before/after cutting, etc.
Optimal efficiency: over 40 packages per shift.
Cross-cutting stations, cutting accuracy from +/- 1,5 to 2mm
Stationary saws with precise guidance of the cutting system along the arc, possibility of choosing between a machine with manual feed, through stations with electric feed of the cutting unit to the most advanced version with automatic positioning of the cutting unit at the desired length, pneumatic pressure of the packages or a kerf opening system.
Optimum efficiency: up to approx. 30 packages per shift.

Portable saws and a solution for mounting the mobile saw on the frame for package positioning, increasing the efficiency and accuracy of cutting.

Joinery systems
Our solutions help companies producing structural timber. The use of the construCUT solution enables efficient production of grooves in glued timber. Possibility to use chains with different tooth geometry, kerf width and pitch.
