Holtec crosscut stations are equipped with guide bars with stellite layer on both sides (for 4-sided use) with the highest life-span. We offer guide bars for all package crosscut saws and log yard saws: Variocut, ES120, ES121, HF122, Piccolo, etc.

Production quality criteria of saw chains for Holtec saws:

• high quality alloyed steel ensures the highest lifetime
• appropriate finishing of the rivet bores contributes to friction decrease and high reduction of saw chain lengthening
• inductive hardened rivets ensure high attrition resistance
• oil channels in driving links transmit oil from guide bar groove to rivet joints
• electrolytic chrome plating of the cutters (with the exception of the carbide tipped chains)
• strict procedures ensure the continuous high quality

Scraper chains PROCUT SK15/3 or MULTICUT SK15/3 are very successful in cutting lumber packages and wood used for producing pallets as they assure a smooth and accurate cutting finish of +/-1mm (.040").

Carbide tipped saw chains DURACUT 15/3 with 8mm long carbide plates for up to 1000 cuts without sharpening. For extreme conditions. Ideal for cutting hard, frozen, dirty wood and other building materials.
